As a 100% subsidiary of Skipper Electricals Middle East FZE, we are a leading power sector Service Company in Africa, Asia, Middle East and now expanding into Americas. We are best known for Power Transformer, Generator, Turbine, Motor Repairs and Reverse Engineering. In addition, we have carried (ETC) Erection-Testing-Commissioning of over 300 Power Transformers, 30 Turbines & Generators across 6 countries. We strive to provide cost-effective, high-quality Operation & Maintenance services that ensure uninterrupted operations for power assets across borders.

Our Proven Track Record
GTA Engineering possesses the requisite technology, know-how, and resources to repair, rewind, overhaul, test and install critical power infrastructure.

  • Transformers: We have successfully performed Reverse Engineering on over 500 power transformers ranging from 7.5MVA, 33/11KV up to 300MVA, 400kV high-class Power Transformers of all makes and types, achieving an almost 100% success rate.
  • Generators: We have successfully repaired upto 157MW Generator at the NIPP Olorunshogo Site, a 138MW Generator at the TransAfam Power Plant Port Harcourt Site, and a 100MW Generator Stator at the Transcorp Power Plant. These continue to function satisfactorily at their various locations as of today.
